The Commission is considering regulating the use of 12 hair dye substances in cosmetic products by amending Council Directive 76/768/EEC of 27 July 1976 ("Cosmetics Directive"). In view of the above, the Commission invited the relevant stakeholders to submit their comments on the proposed measure and on its possible impacts.
