In addition to the mapping and review mentioned above, the study would include
- the identification business models and important good practice with respect to usage
- data management and digitalisation of building logbooks
- clarification of the critical gaps that still need to be addressed in these domains
The study will also propose a concrete action plan for the development of an EU framework for a buildings’ digital logbook.
