The objective of the proposed contract is to evaluate and assess the Copernicus Security Framework through an updated risk assessment and derived mitigation measures, taking into account the latest system developments and evolving cyber-security threats. This should include a detailed examination of data flows, focusing on the particular mechanisms used for exchanging data and security measures, take into account the latest developments of the Copernicus Security service, and analyse the operational procedures in place to guarantee the security of Copernicus data and products. 

The contractor will perform a general risk assessment of the Copernicus system, identifying possible infrastructure vulnerabilities, data flows and operational security. The contractor should take into account the latest developments in the Copernicus system, in particular the Copernicus Security Service, as well as the changing EU security context and evolving threats. The contractor will also provide mitigation requirements and a residual risk evaluation. In addition to these tasks, the contractor should ensure contract management and quality control.
