Specifically, the objective of this tender is to encourage the following groups of people to take up careers in the sector:

• people choosing their studies
• future graduates
• unemployed people

The campaign should showcase examples of job opportunities. It should also identify actions to address knowledge gaps in both:

• traditional craft skills
• emerging skills (such as digital skills and cross-sectoral technical/engineering innovation)

On a more general level, the tender's objectives are to:

• boost employment and employability in the sector
• to overcome skills shortages in the sector
