As part of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA), the Commission is supporting the organisation of a specific campaign targeted to stakeholders from the construction sector. This campaign was launched in March 2015 and will terminate in March 2016 and is expected to bring 50-60 pledges from the construction sector.

The scope of this study is to undertake an ex-post analysis of the extent to which the participants to this campaign have implemented the pledges they committed to. The contractor should take stock of the original commitments, present a picture as accurate as possible of the pledges implemented, identify good practice examples, factors of success, and also the constraints and difficulties encountered by participants to the initiative during the implementation phase.

A report should summarise the findings of the study, draw the lessons learned from the initiative and formulate recommendations about how to improve the EAfA scheme and apprenticeships in construction.

For detailed information, please see the technical specifications.

All tendering documents relating to DG GROW are published through a European Commission-wide unique platform called "eTendering".

If you are interested in this call, please use this link to get access to all tender documents.

The documents will always be visible and downloadable but if you register on eTendering, you will be able to ask questions and you will be informed automatically on all changes that may be published (additional documents, answers to questions...).

Attention : Only electronic submission through the e-Submission application is allowed for this call. Offers sent on paper, by e-mail or by fax will be non-admissible.
