To identify and evaluate issues arising out of the implementation of CLP as well as the interplay between different pieces of chemical legislation (excluding REACH) and provisions relating to chemicals management in other pieces of legislation.

This will be done according to the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, relevance and the EU value added.

In addition, the study shall identify any areas where the implementation costs are particularly high compared to the benefits for health and the environment.
