Multiple framework contract with reopening of the competition in the field of sustainable industrial policy and construction

The purpose of the call is to conclude a framework contract for production of regulatory and economic analysis on the interactions between industrial, environmental, climate change, construction, energy, transport, ecodesign, employment, trade and investment, research and innovation, the internal market of services and sustainable product policies.

The object is also to seek consequences of these policies on the competitiveness of European enterprises and industry sectors, including construction, and on consumers’ welfare and employment. The results of such analysis will help developing a new approach to industrial policy as a source of sustainable growth, in a globalised world.

The Multiple Framework Contract with reopening of competition in the field of Sustainable Industrial Policy and Construction includes the following lots (maximum 5 contracts for each lot):

  • Lot 1: Competitiveness, environment, climate change, energy and
    transport.
  • Lot 2: Sustainable product policy, ecodesign and beyond.
  • Lot 3: Competitiveness, eco-innovation and value chain sustainability.
  • Lot 4: Construction Products Regulation (CPR).
  • Lot 5: Construction Action Plan.

Tenderers may bid for one or several lots. The contract will be awarded by lot.
