This call aims at selecting a service provider for the organisation of a new major communication and awareness-raising campaign in Europe on 'E-skills for jobs'.

The duration of the campaign will be 2 years (2015–2016). The main goals are to promote the EU e-skills strategy to fill digital skills shortages, gaps and mismatches, promote the adoption of best practices, tools and solutions, foster e-leadership and ICT professionalism and facilitate the mobilisation of stakeholders and public authorities.
