The Contract will cover tasks as diverse as the design and management of the Competition, the communication activities, the facilitation of jury discussions, the coaching of the best contestants, the organisation of events, or the reimbursement to third parties involved in the Competition.

The Contractor is expected to build on the success of the first two editions  and to take the Competition a step further. The challenge consists of keeping the strong aspects in its design, while renewing and improving the concept at the same time.
