The purpose of the action is to provide for a period of 24 months a comprehensive framework facilitating the cooperation between clusters, incubators, business support service providers (in particular those providing support for the management of intellectual property) and seed-investor communities in the EU on the one side and Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Lebanon on the other. The services requested include communication, networking and event organisation activities but also significant training activities related to the management of Intellectual property, and the development of training material related to business culture and intercultural communication with managers of SMEs as the final target group. Furthermore SMEs from the targeted countries and the EU shall be encouraged to test and review the services provided by the extended networks of business support intermediaries.
