The Commission services have produced a consultation document on outline proposals for a new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the type-approval of two or three-wheel motor vehicles as well as quadricycles. This consultation seeks to gather the views of all interested parties on the overall proposal for an integrated Regulation, on the specific proposals concerning technical aspects relating to road safety, and environmental aspects for all categories of two- or three-wheelers and quadricycles, and on the timing and feasibility issues concerning their introduction.
