Second FP7 Space Call published

The second call for proposals under the Seventh Framework Programme's Space Theme has been published 3 September 2008 with a 4 December 2008 (17.00 Brussels local time) deadline. Amongst other issues, this call addresses GMES downstream services.

In this call, proposals addressing the activity area "Space-based applications at the service of European Society" should focus on building on the existing achievements of GMES, in particular Core Service geo-information provisions, taking full benefit of the products made available by these.
