Call for comments: consultation paper on the intra-community circulation of defence related products

The consultation paper is intended to lay the groundwork for a Community initiative facilitating the movement of defence-related products within the Community. The circulation of such products is subject to varying national administrative procedures in the Member States, which are costly and dissuasive for EU defence industries, and particularly SMEs, which produce sub-systems and components.
