The high-level conference on financial literacy, resilience and inclusion, hosted by the European Commission and the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) under the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, starts at 9:30 CET.

The programme features European Commissioner Mairead McGuinness, Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Vincent Van Peteghem, Belgian State Secretary Alexia Bertrand, the Chairman of the FSMA Jean-Paul Servais, the Director of the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Rohit Chopra, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD Yoshiki Takeuchi, among many other distinguished speakers.
