Why is IMAPS relevant?
Interoperability is more than a strategic priority on the political agenda. Today, it is expected to be standard practice in the day-to-day operations of public administrations across Europe. IMAPS helps public service owners to overcome these challenges by giving them access to interoperability good practices.
What is IMAPS?
IMAPS is a self-assessment tool that helps public service owners to evaluate key interoperability aspects of their digital public service (legal, semantic, organisational, or technical) from a behavioural perspective and improve the interoperability maturity towards seamless service delivery.
