Stephen T’Siobbel is a Senior Partner Development Manager in TomTom’s Map Sourcing unit where he leads initiatives on Open Data and Public Private Cooperation. As a computer scientist he has 20+ years of experience in digital mapping - in research, project and product management, and business development. In 2016 he was appointed President of the TN-ITS platform which aims at deploying a standardised data chain between road data providers and map providers relevant for roll out of map-enabled Intelligent Transportation Systems across Europe.
