John Dann is the Director of the Official Journal of Luxembourg at the Ministry of State in charge of publishing and disseminating Luxembourg‘s legislation through the http://legilux.public.lu portal.
He has been active with legislation on the Internet since 2005. He is also Luxembourg’s correspondent for the European Council Working Party on “e-Law (e-Justice)” and Chair of the “ELI Task Force” of the EU Council on the implementation of the “European Legislation Identifier” (ELI). He is interested in semantic web technologies and open/linked legislative data for improving citizens’ access to open and transparent legislation.
