Dr. Herbert Kubicek, born 1946 in Cologne, Professor of Applied Computer Science, University of Bremen since 1988, retired in 2011, Senior researcher at the Institute for Information Management Bremen (Ifib) at the University of Bremen. Engaged in Research on Organizational Interoperability and Back-Office-Integration in E-Government since more than 15 years, leading to several publications including the book, published with Ralf Cimander and Jochen Scholl “Organizational Interoperability in E-Government - Lessons from 77 European Good Practice Cases” in 2011.
