Anirudh Shingal is an Associate Professor at the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. He is also a Senior Programme Associate of the Global Governance Programme at the European University Institute (EUI), Florence; a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), New Delhi; and a Fellow of the World Trade Institute (WTI), University of Bern.
A PhD in Economics from the University of Sussex, Shingal has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in the empirical and policy analysis of trade and development issues. He has over 100 publications as peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and research reports. His academic work has been published in Economics Letters, the World Bank Research Observer, the World Economy, the Journal of Development Studies, the Review of International Economics, the Review of World Economics, and the Review of Development Economics amongst other journals.
He has also authored reports for various international organizations including the World Bank, WTO, DfID, European Commission, ADB, UNCTAD, ITC, UNDP, UNEP and the Commonwealth Secretariat."
