Paul De Grauwe

Paul De Grauwe is Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He was a member of the Belgian parliament from 1991 to 2003.

He is honorary doctor of the University of Sankt Gallen, the University of Turku, the University of Genoa, the University of Valencia, Maastricht University and the University of Murcia.

He was a visiting professor at various universities: Paris (Dauphine), Amsterdam, Berlin (Freie Universität and Humboldt), Genoa, Kiel, Milan, Pennsylvania (Wharton School) and Michigan. He was a visiting scholar at the Bank of Japan, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank. He is a visiting fellow at the Bank of England.

He is Vice-President of the Portuguese Fiscal Council.
