About the service

The eDelivery self-assessment tool is a survey that assesses the requirements of the users interested in re-using the eDelivery components. The self-assessment tool maps these requirements to the eDelivery Service Offering.

During the self-assessment, users assign different scores to the relevant needs of their organisation. Based on the answers provided, the tool calculates how eDelivery can help users achieve their goals and which components of eDelivery are suitable for re-use. 

Users of the service 

  • Service Providers: involved in the design and operation of document and data exchange systems such as eDelivery.

  • Policy Domain Owners: involved in the roll out of EU or national policies that require the secure exchange of documents and data.

Benefits for the users of the service

  • Time efficiency: the self-assessment tool offers a time efficient way for users to discover eDelivery and its potential re-usability.
  • Business-driven assessment: users can assess the suitability of eDelivery based on their business needs.
