Guidance on Digital Certificates
The guidance document describes the requirements and recommendations that should be considered when choosing the X.509 digital certificates to be used for operating the sample software provided by the eDelivery building block. The document covers mainly the certificates used by Domibus for the AS4 signature and encryption and those installed on SMP servers and used by SML to authenticate and authorise those servers.
The document is intended for administrators and users of Domibus, SMP and SML, but also for the users of eDelivery Access Points established using other conformant products that want to communicate with a Domibus Access Point.
