Sub-central level contracting authorities' implementation of the obligations of Directive 2014/55/EU
This is an additional optional extension for implementation by sub-central level contracting authorities and entities. It only applied in the Members States & additional EEA who had adopted this option in their national transposition. The date is defined by article 11 of the Directive as 12 months after the general deadline, which is then 30 months after the publication of the reference by OJEU
