Declarations made by EEA EFTA States and the United Kingdom in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004
Pursuant to Art 9 of Regulation (EC) No 883/2004, the following declarations are made by the EEA EFTA States to the EFTA Surveillance Authority.
The EFTA Surveillance Authority does not take any responsibility for the content of the declaration and its publication does not mean that the Authority has approved and agreed the content.
Please note that although the United Kingdom left the EU on 1 February 2020, it continues to submit a Declaration pursuant to its obligations under the Withdrawal Agreement.
