EU regulation 223/2009 on European statistics is the legal basis for the preparation of the European statistical programme and the framework for the development, production, and dissemination of European statistics.
Statistical programme 2021-27
The European statistical programme 2021-27 is established by EU regulation 2021/690. It is part of the Single Market Programme.
This multi-annual programme is implemented through annual financing decisions and work programmes that specify actions and outputs for each year for the European statistics part.
