The 2023 EQAVET ANM was held in Stockholm on the 15-16th of June and hosted by the Swedish EQAVET National Reference Point. The ANM had a diverse agenda, including presentations from Network members, EU policy updates, interactive discussions and much more.

The European Commission underlined its focus on the digital transition and outlined the range of activities related to the European Year of Skills. In a panel discussion, EQAVET Network members discussed how VET providers can introduce digital learning and improve digital skills, and how to quality assure their efforts.

National presentations highlighted emerging trends across the Network members. For example, Austria has recently created an overarching Quality Assurance System for VET and General Education, Italy has introduced a new Peer Review model that involves both vocational training centres and schools, and The Netherlands have invested in an exchange between policy advisors and teaching teams.

The EQAVET Secretariat presented updates from the past year and the results from the Annual Network Survey. The Network Members discussed recent community developments including communication efforts, the implementation of Peer Reviews and identified common steps forward.
