Carina Edlinger – Austria (Easy-to-read version)
Carina Edlinger is our champion from Austria.
Carina is an athlete in cross-country skiing.
Carina is visually impaired.
That means she cannot see well.
After a lot of hard work,
Carina won a gold medal
at the Paralympic Games in 2022.
She has also won several medals
in other world competitions.
Carina has also studied journalism
and works as a sports journalist.
By sharing her story,
she hopes to show everyone
that people with disabilities
should be seen and heard
like everybody else.
