Joining Andrew will also be guest speakers Norbert Schöbel and Ann Vanden Bulcke from the European Commission, who will present the latest policy developments at European level with the focus on ensuring that teachers and trainers are ready to work with the tools for digital and distance learning, a topic even more important during the COVID-19 outbreak.

About the speakers:

The expert speaker is Andrew McCoshan, a senior expert in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Director of Plexus Research & Consulting.

Andrew has been contributing to or leading numerous European and international projects for almost 30 years. He was the external consultant to the 2016-18 VET Working Group, coordinated by the European Commission, which focused on teachers and trainers in work-based learning and apprenticeships. He is currently a senior expert helping to deliver the EC’s Apprenticeship Support Services and is a Senior Research Associate.
