As Austria's largest independent, non-profit and cross-sector apprenticeship initiative, z.l.ö. works together with over 200 member companies (from small bakeries to large industrial enterprises) with the goal of promoting the reputation of apprenticeships in Austria and highlighting the advantages, possibilities and opportunities of apprenticeships. To this end, the initiative carries out public relations work in order to focus on important topics concerning apprenticeships, offers further training for apprentices and trainers and brings role models before the curtain who have started their careers with an apprenticeship.
