The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:The Hands Across Romania (HAR) Association is an NGO active in the field of education, working with its partners to offer vulnerable people access to education and decent living conditions. As a member of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA), and the Federation of Child NGOs in Romania (FONPC), HAR acts as a hub for all dual VET stakeholders providing vocational education, as well as advocating for a legal framework and participating in awareness campaigns. HAR has partnered with the Romanian Ministry of Education to develop dual VET projects and have been part of the advocacy working group for the new education bill. In 2020, HAR founded VoHub – a dual education coalition.
