The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:EBA - Formação Profissional Lda. is a vocational school with 30 years of experience in providing vocational training in various areas such as: cooking / baking, restaurant / bar, IT, health and environmental issues. The school has successfully organised European Mobility Programmes (e.g. Erasmus+ projects) and has been involved in the research, organisation and management of apprenticeships across the country for 18 years. The school organises work training for its students in companies / entities related to their field of study. The school also organises apprenticeships for young people from foreign schools under the Erasmus + project. They use the VET Charter to assess the quality of their actions. The VET Charter has been awarded based on the school's excellent performance in implementing international projects since 2008. The school has offered 300 youth and staff mobility opportunities across Europe through the Erasmus+ project.
