The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:The Root Of It is a high-quality consultancy and training organisation. They equip organisations and individuals with practical knowledge and skills to help overcome barriers and support their wellbeing. Their aims are to promote inclusion, train inclusion skills, help others to understand the causes of barriers and difficulties, and equip the disadvantaged. The Root Of It work with apprentice providers to promote the voice of apprentices and meet their holistic needs.Across Europe, The Root Of It has provided advice, consultancy, presentations and resources to apprentice providers in multiple countries with the aim of improving the quality of apprenticeships and reduce the number of barriers that apprentices experience during their apprenticeship. Their support has influenced the quality of hundreds of apprenticeships across the EU.
