The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) has published a new factsheet on the topic of financial support available to apprentices and to companies offering apprenticeships.

The factsheet outlines the different types of financial support available such as training funds, tax incentives for companies as well as grants for companies and individuals. For each type of support, there are good practice examples from EU countries like Austria, Belgium Flanders, Croatia, Denmark, Portugal and Sweden.

The publication also showcases sources of EU funding for apprenticeships, such as the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), Erasmus+, and the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). The factsheet gives examples of how these instruments can support apprenticeships along with more good practices from Member States like Germany, Italy, France and Lithuania.
