Learning Exchange on ‘Minimum wages in the framework of collective bargaining systems’ The Learning Exchange on ‘Minimum wages in the framework of collective bargaining systems’ took place on 11 September 2015 and involved government representatives from Germany, Italy and Norway as well as representatives from the OECD and the Low Pay Commission in the UK. The aim of the Learning Exchange was to foster a discussion on the collective bargaining systems in the participating countries and explore interactions of the collective bargaining system with the minimum wage; recent developments in minimum wages were also discussed.
