Food waste reduction practical guide for catering enterprises

In order to provide guidance to catering enterprises, especially small and medium-sized ones, for reducing food waste in an efficient manner through refined management of the whole process from purchase, storage, and processing to service, Shenzhen One Planet Foundation, World Wide Fund for Nature Beijing Office, and Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have developed the Food Waste Reduction Practical Guide under the guidance of CHA. 

The guide was developed as part of the EU funded (SWITCH-Asia) Pride on our Plates project. This is an English language translation of the original guide, published in Mandarin.
