This workshop aims to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including ZeroW Partners, research institutions, startups, industry associations, regulatory authorities, and more, to discuss the crucial journey of taking innovative food loss and waste solutions from research and development (R&D) to market. The workshop will provide insights into the challenges and successes of commercialising EU-funded innovations, with a focus on the practical aspects of this transition.
