On June 17th and 18th, from 9:30 to 13:00 CEST, FOLOU and WASTELESS projects will be hosting a dynamic two-day webinar. The aim of the webinar will be to unveil the current developments in food loss and waste reduction to pave the way for a sustainable future.

Day 1:
- Policy & Regulatory Strategies: Keynote presentations and discussions on EU-level policies and strategies for food loss monitoring and reduction.
- Digital Tools for Measurement: Explore innovative digital tools and methodologies for measuring food loss and waste throughout the supply chain.

Day 2:
- Innovative Practices: Learn about initiatives and practices across Europe tackling food loss and waste.
- Valorisation Strategies: Discover strategies for valorising by-products and reducing food loss through innovative approaches.
