After months of exchanges and debates IFWC gladly publishes its food waste measurement methodology, adopted by all our members. It is not only aligned with international standards (UNEP and European Community) but provides additional guidance and KPIS to tackle the specificity of both the contract catering and hospitality sectors. A foundation stone that enable the coalition to capture and present the recorded data in a consistent and comparable way !
