Commission publishes the 2017 Consumer Conditions Scoreboard

date: 25/07/2017
This is a report which monitors the consumer environment across Europe and tracks progress on the EU Digital Single Market from the consumer's perspective.
The 2017 edition of the scoreboard shows that consumers' trust in online shopping has dramatically increased, especially in buying from other EU countries. However there are still important obstacles preventing e-commerce from developing to its full potential.
The Scoreboard also shows that conditions for consumers have improved across the EU, although there are still some differences between countries.
