This beta release will enable users to obtain updated estimates of the several components of household disposable income for each Member State up to the policy year 2023. It will basically consist of the inclusion and configuration of a new EUROMOD input database (2022 input data) for 24 countries (all except BG, FI and PL) and the updating of the statistics used for the uprating factors up to 2023.
This update is a key input for Eurostat’s nowcasting exercises conducted for the flash-estimates on poverty and inequality. It does not yet contain information on the policy systems of the current year (2024), as the next beta release (expected in September 2024) will.
