The podcast series “Cup of Tea”, an initiative of the InterCultural Approach programme at DG INTPA, aims at bringing a moment of cultural empowerment through stories and conversations with guests from around the world. They share their insights and experiences with multiculturalism from their personal and professional lives.

The InCA programme aims to increase the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations by developing cultural awareness and facilitating intercultural reflections.

The Intercultural Approach programme is managed by the Unit D4 of the DG INTPA, European Commission and funded with the MKS programme (Methodological and Knowledge Sharing Support for EU External Interventions ).
