Consultation on sustainable corporate governance

The European Commission is seeking views for a new regulatory framework on sustainable corporate governance. This initiative aims to improve the EU regulatory framework on company law and corporate governance. It would enable companies to focus on long-term sustainable value creation rather than short-term benefits and better align the interests of companies, their shareholders, managers, stakeholders and society.
It is taking place between 26 October 2020 and 08 February 2021. Find out more information here.
