Room temperatures can affect our learning abilities

Several studies show that students get the best results when the room temperature is 22°C. In fact, researchers discovered that a 1°C increase in temperatures linked to a 2% decline in learning. It can be difficult to focus and learn when we are physically uncomfortable, so it’s important to have access to a comfortable study space where we will neither be too hot or too cold.
