The Intelligent Cities Challenge (ICC) is a European Commission initiative that brings together 136 cities. This initiative aims at guiding participating cities to “achieve intelligent, socially responsible, and sustainable growth through advanced technologies”.

This participation enables a strong knowledge exchange between cities.
