Invitation: Webinar on ‘EMAS and Climate Management’, EU Green Week 2022 | 31st May 2022, 11.00 – 12.00 (CEST)

We are pleased to invite you to a webinar on ‘EMAS and Climate Management’ as an official Partner Event of the EU Green Week 2022. The motto of this year’s EU Green Week is “EU Green Deal – Make It Real”. The virtual event on 31st May from 11.00 to 12.00 (CEST) will help the attendees to understand how climate management is integrated into EMAS.

The event will be organised by the European EMAS Helpdesk on behalf of the European Commission. The event will take place via Zoom.

The EU Green Week is an annual opportunity to debate European environmental policy with policymakers, leading environmentalists and stakeholders from Europe and beyond. This year's edition focuses on the European Green Deal - the EU’s sustainable and transformative growth strategy for a resource-efficient and climate-neutral Europe by 2050. 

Partner Events are organised around Europe and beyond during EU Green Week, from Monday 30 May to Sunday 5 June 2022.

The EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) is a premium management instrument developed by the European Commission for companies and other organisations to evaluate, report, and improve their environmental performance. EMAS can be used to set up an ambitious climate management approach.
