The fast growth of the short-term accommodation rental sector has become a priority for the European Commission.

There is no secret anymore: short-term rentals in residential flats have conquered the hearts of tourists worldwide in the last decade. To encourage a responsible development of this new business model and to propose a fair solution for cities, the Commission proposed a series of workshops in October and December 2021.
