What if we do not have data on the required years?   

Please enter the data from the year that is the closest to the required one and make a note on this in the comments section.  

What if I have an indicator missing? 

If an indicator is missing, please provide a provisional number (in case it’s mandatory) and explain it in the comments section. You will be able to provide a definite data later either by sending us an e-mail or by updating the questionnaire that we may re-activate for you when you will have your indicator ready.  

What type of targets do I have to provide? 

Targets are indicative of direction and trajectory of development, thus should be described as concretely as possible. If targets are available as qualitative, rather than quantitative goals, then please describe them as well. If your targets are not definitive or are estimated, please mention it. You will be able to provide a definite data later either by sending us an e-mail or by updating the questionnaire that we may re-activate for you when you will have your target ready.
