The first-ever legislative act for nature restauration in Europe

The European Commission proposed on 22 June 2022 the first Nature Restoration Law that aims at repairing 80% of European habitats in poor condition and restoring nature in all ecosystems by 2050.

22 June 2022 marks one of the most important steps toward a greener future for the European continent: the European Commission proposed a Nature Restoration Law within the EU Green Deal.
