The World Urban Forum (WUF) was established in 2001 by the United Nations to examine one of the most critical issues the world is facing today such as climate change, rapid urbanisation, biodiversity loss and more.

The theme of the 11^th edition is “Transforming our Cities for a Better Urban Future” and is taking place from 26 to 30 June in Katowice, Poland.

URBACT will take the floor on the 28 and 29 June during several sessions.

The European Green Capital 2023 Tallinn will also share the floor on 28 June with URBACT to discuss from 11.30-13.00 “When local actions meet national support”.
