Michelin Green Star: when gastronomy meets sustainability

The United Nations dedicated a few lines to the Michelin Guide that added a new star in 2020: the Green Star. This distinction aims at rewarding the efforts of the gastronomic restaurants for their sustainable practices on a daily basis.
